A Modern, Sustainable Gem in Tashkent – Crown Plaza Tashkent Our stay at Crown Plaza Tashkent was an exceptional experience! Traveling for work can often be exhausting, but this hotel provided the perfect balance of comfort, relaxation, and energy renewal. The modern design and amenities were impressive, but what stood out most was the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. It’s rare to find such a thoughtful approach in every detail. For example, the toiletries in both the rooms and the spa — shampoo, shower gel, soap, and lotion — are provided in refillable large bottles instead of single-use plastic. This eco-friendly touch reflects the hotel’s dedication to preserving the planet, which we deeply appreciated. Breakfast was another highlight — delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The room service was equally fantastic, offering flavorful dishes delivered quickly and with care. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and designed for comfort. The bathroom, featuring both a bathtub and a shower, was modern and pristine. Housekeeping was excellent, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. The spa was a delightful retreat — cozy, serene, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Located in a prime spot, the hotel is convenient for both work and leisure. However, the real standout was the staff. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Crown Plaza Tashkent is not just a hotel; it’s a modern, sustainable haven that combines comfort, excellent service, and an eco-conscious approach. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent!

The entire staff was super friendly. The breakfast team with Daler, Dilshoda and Jasur were very welcoming and down for a little chat telling us more about Tasjkent. Also a special shout-out to Alina and Saida who arranged taxis and literally saved me in my hunt for a bank that allowed me to withdraw some money from my Dutch Bank account after my only creditcard had broken in two. In addition, I was surprised by the standard of English spoken by the staff, which was excellent.

Apparently, this is a new hotel. Everything was super clean, new, and not worn out. Staff is very nice and friendly, has good service and there is nice wellness with saunas, a pool and quite a good gym.

Liked almost everything - staff is extremely nice & helpful, room service & spa is predicting your wishes, hotel rooms are nice & cleaned daily without delays, restaurant is decent, location is quiet, spa zone has everything - pool, khamam, everything is very clean.

First of all the location of hotel is heart of Tashkent and with river view . It was so kind welcome by hotel staff and very fresh and large room. so clean bathroom . amazing rich breakfast so different delicious foods so don't hesitate to stay here even with your family because I have tried the spa and swimming pool it was also so clean and nice.
